Drop off times 8:30 to 9am. Camp hours 9 am to 4:30 pm. Pick up 4:30 to 5pm.
Campers can bring their own lunches, fridges and microwave on site, or traditional brown bag lunch. Parents can opt to pay an additional $40 for lunch for the week for lunch from a local restaurant supplying sandwiches, wraps soups etc.
Swiftwater Adventures day camp facilitators are all certified in first aid and cpr. Trip leaders of the adventure activities, such as whitewater rafting, have swiftwater rescue training, wilderness first aid training, as well as at least 5 years experience. All employees and camp facilitators have passed criminal background checks and are all around cool people!
This camp runs the gambit of paddling adventures and is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to learn to whitewater kayak, how to handle a canoe on a lake or river, how to steer and command a raft, and more. Get ready to be on the water! This camp will make use of sections of the St. Louis River and other nearby rivers and lakes.
